The prices on the site are per rental day. The second day costs 50% and each following day 25% of the daily rate; the site calculates this automatically once you choose a period. Drinks are one-off items and fall outside this scale.

Transport costs are calculated based on distance and volume, with a minimum of € 25. For orders of € 150 or more, transport is free within a radius of 20 kilometres from postcode 03189 La Florida, Orihuela Costa. The site shows an estimate; the final amount is stated in the quote.

You pay 25% when accepting the quote, by bank transfer. You pay the remainder no later than 24 hours before delivery. See the rental terms for the details.

Yes. You will receive a personal link to your quote by email or WhatsApp; there you can see all amounts and accept with one click. We will then plan the delivery with you.

Yes, but charges apply depending on the timing: more than 72 hours before delivery 25% of the rental amount, within 72 hours 35%, within 48 hours 50% and within 24 hours (or in case of absence) 100%. See the rental terms.

Clean, complete and stacked, just as you received them. If not, we will charge cleaning costs.

From delivery until return, you are responsible for the rented items. Damage or loss will be charged at repair or replacement cost.

We supply alcoholic beverages exclusively to persons aged 18 or over. In case of doubt we ask for identification; ID checks are carried out up to the age of 25.

Yes, set-up, take-down and service are possible at an additional charge, agreed in advance. We can also arrange serving staff, singers or DJs on request; mention it in your request or contact us.

We don't have a shop, but by appointment you are very welcome in La Florida (Torrevieja) to view the items. Just give us a call or send a WhatsApp message to make an appointment.

We deliver across the entire Orihuela Costa and surroundings: think Torrevieja, Villamartín, Cabo Roig and La Zenia. Further away? Feel free to request a quote; transport costs are calculated based on distance and volume, with a minimum of € 25. For orders of € 150 or more, delivery is free within 20 kilometres of La Florida.

Yes. A confirmation via WhatsApp counts as written confirmation and is binding, just like the online acceptance of the quote. This is also stated in the rental terms.
