Rental terms | Party Rentals Orihuela Costa

1. Applicability

These rental terms apply to all quotes, reservations and rental agreements of Party Rentals Orihuela Costa.

2. Rental period and rates

The prices shown are per rental day. The full daily rate (100%) applies to the first rental day, 50% to the second day and 25% of the daily rate to each following day.

3. Reservation

A reservation is final upon written confirmation and the 25% deposit. Confirmation via WhatsApp also counts as written confirmation and is binding.

4. Cancellation

For cancellations more than 72 hours before delivery, 25% of the rental amount will be charged. For cancellations within 72 hours: 35%. Within 48 hours: 50%. Within 24 hours, or if the customer is absent at the agreed time: 100%.

5. Delivery and transport

Transport costs are calculated based on distance and volume, with a minimum of € 25. For orders of € 150 or more, transport is free within a radius of 20 kilometres from postcode 03189 La Florida, Orihuela Costa.

6. Return

Rented items must be returned clean, complete and stacked. If this is not the case, cleaning costs will be charged.

7. Set-up, take-down and operation

Set-up, take-down and operation are available at an additional charge, to be agreed in advance.

8. Payment

Upon acceptance of the quote we kindly ask you to pay the 25% deposit. The remainder of the rental amount is paid to us no later than 24 hours before delivery, by bank transfer.

9. Alcohol and age limit

Alcoholic beverages are supplied exclusively to persons aged 18 or over. In case of doubt, identification will be requested; ID checks are carried out up to the age of 25.

10. Customer liability

From the moment of delivery until the moment of return, the customer is liable for the rented items.

11. Damage and loss

Damage to or loss of rented items will be charged at replacement or repair cost.

12. Ownership

All rented items remain the property of the lessor. Subletting to third parties is not permitted.

13. Lessor liability

The lessor's liability is limited to a maximum of the invoice amount.

14. Applicable law

Spanish law applies to all agreements. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Alicante.

15. Agreement

By placing an order, the customer declares to agree to these rental terms.
